Your privacy is important to Our App Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information when you use our applications downloaded from Google Play Store and other third-party app stores.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT

Information We Collect
Information collected directly from you through our SDK, and information provided to us by a third-party ad network (“Ad Network Information”)

Identifiers: Your Advertising ID, IP address, and information about your browser settings. The term Advertising ID refers to the Google Advertising ID on Android devices, and ID For Advertising (“IDFA”) or ID For Vendor (“IDFV”) on iOS devices. The Advertising ID is a resettable persistent identifier generated by Android or iOS that allows companies to recognize your device across non-affiliated apps, for purposes such as frequency capping, attribution, fraud detection, and personalized advertising. You can find additional information about how to limit our use of your Advertising ID under “How to Control Your Information”.

General technical information about your device: your time zone, the amount of free memory on your device, the name, and version of the Title, battery status (on Android devices only), limit ad tracking status, operating system name and version, timestamp, the name of the manufacturer of the device, the language of the operating system, the name of the mobile carrier, internet connection type (e.g. WiFi).

Your activity in connection with the Title: Transactions and in-app purchases made in the Title, your progress or movement in the Title, and in-game events.

Information received from advertising and analytics partners
The total amount of revenues received as a result of advertising served to a specific device ID

How We Use the Information We Collect:
We use the information we collect and store mainly to provide you with the Services you request from us and to improve your gaming experience. In addition, we use the information for the following purposes:

to improve and optimize the Titles and our players’ experiences;
to communicate with you about the Titles you’re using, including in-game updates, new Titles, and promotional offers that we think might be of interest to you;
to provide technical support and respond to player inquiries;
to protect the safety and well-being of our players;
to protect Step Saver’s rights and property in connection with the Titles;
to prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities;
to manage and deliver contextual and behavioral advertising, including for the purpose of generating aggregate reports, and attribution;
to administer rewards, or other promotional activities or events sponsored or managed by us or our business partners;
To conduct marketing campaigns across our advertising and marketing partners, including personalized campaigns based on your interactions with the Titles;
to comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes we may have with you or other players, and to enforce our agreements with third parties; and/or
to conduct research.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you when you download our Android applications. To be specific, we do not require the consumers to get registered before downloading the application, nor do we keep track of the consumers' visits to our application, we even don't have a Server to store such information.

We require permission to access your step count to provide you with enhanced services. By granting us permission to collect your step data, we can accurately track your activity, offer personalized insights, and tailor our features to meet your fitness goals. The Company allows You to create an account and log in to use the Service through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

If You decide to register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities or Your contact list associated with that account.

If you choose to engage in public activities on the App, you should be aware that any information you share may be read, collected, or used by other users. You should use caution in disclosing personal information while engaging. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit.

 

THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS

Our App Service does not store any other third part service passwords. Your account information is not disclosed to this app and you are free to cancel any of your social networking website connections with this app at any time.

 

YOUR RIGHTS

We hereby inform you that you have, as available and except as limited under applicable law, the following rights under the GDPR in relation to your personal data:

 

Right to access and rectification of personal data. You have the right to access and request that we rectify or amend incorrect or incomplete personal data about you that we have collected.

Please note that such withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing of your personal data made prior to such withdrawal.

Right to erasure of personal data. You have the right to request that we erase all of your personal data that we have collected during your use of our Services. Please be aware that certain data erasure services may be unavailable to you.

Right to portability of your personal data. You have the right to request that we give you the personal data that you have provided to us if such data has been processed based on your consent or based on a contract concluded with us and such personal data has been processed by automated means. If you make such a request, we will provide you with all of your personal data that we collected in a structured machine-readable form. You are also entitled to request that we transfer such personal data to a new controller if it is technically possible.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain cases until your request that we erase or change your personal data or other objection is processed.

Right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you feel that the processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interest is not proportional to your rights, you can object to such processing and request that we provide you with compelling legitimate grounds for such processing.
